Returns
ALLSKIN offers exchanges or refunds for products that remain unopened, undamaged, and unused.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receiving your products. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Our restocking fee is 15% of the item's purchase price, applied to
returns that meet our return policy criteria. This fee helps cover the
costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
